This boutique scheme of 14 apartments was acquired as a vacant office building in central Marlow. Recognising the site’s strong fundamentals — walkable access to the high street, nearby Crossrail connections, and demand for high-spec rental stock—we repositioned the asset into a high-quality residential development. With design-led interiors, integrated appliances, secure parking, and a share of freehold offered to buyers, the final product exceeded local market expectations.
